Katrina Neumann
Receptionist
Katrina Neumann is a friendly and familiar face at Charleston Heights Veterinary Clinic, where she has been part of the team since 2021. After her former employer closed their business, a client of Dr. Benton’s recommended Katrina for a position at the clinic, and she quickly became a valued member of the team. She especially enjoys getting to know clients and their pets, with some of those relationships growing into lasting friendships. Being able to support families through difficult decisions and provide comfort during the loss of a beloved pet is one of the most meaningful parts of her work.
When she’s not at the clinic, Katrina enjoys quiet time at home, reading, and watching sports. She doesn’t currently have any pets of her own, but she happily claims the clinic’s resident office cat, Inky! She’s also a big fan of The Mummy and has a special love for alligators.
